Traveling cheap to Britain

With regards to my travel wishes, still on top is my United Kingdom adventure. Which place of the kingdom I would like to explore?

Of course the famous London of England, Edinburgh and Glasgow of Scotland are my choices. But aside from thinking about those famous attractions...first to consider is where to stay. A comfortable place that will not break my bank. Cheap hotels should be on top of a traveller's list :-)

UK is a place to indulge all your wonders, how it would like to stand at the gates of many famous palaces looking up its magnificent fa├žade and listening to the rhythmic march of the palace guards.

London has the British Airways London Eye - an extraordinary symbol for an extraordinary city. The world's largest observation wheel offers a spectacular way to take in over 55 of London's most famous landmarks in just 30 minutes! Combine your flight on the Eye with a 40 minute circular cruise on the south bank of the river Thames. Departing from the LondonEye pier the commentary takes you from the Houses of Parliament to the Tower of London and back to the London Eye.

Right is the Kensington Palace.
London has a lot to offer with regards to its cultural diversity. Kensington palace that houses the royal family attracts thousands of visitors regularly.

Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland and its second largest city, after Glasgow and is the second most visited tourist destination in the United Kingdom, after London.

Edinburgh Castle is an ancient fortress which, from its position atop Castle Rock, dominates the sky-line of the city of Edinburgh.

Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is Glasgow's premier museum and art gallery and has one of Europe's great civic art collections (the right picture). The museum is the most popular visitor attraction in Scotland, and the most visited museum in the United Kingdom outside London. It has one of the finest collections of arms and armour in the world and a vast natural history collection. The art collection includes many outstanding European artworks, including works by the Old Masters, French Impressionists and Scottish Colourists.

With the above mentioned places, all I need is to find a homely-hotel where I can stay for the rest of my trip. There are several to choose from, but at the moment, I read good deals of London hotels, Edinburgh hotels, and Glasgow hotels in They offer best booking rates and many free extras...try to check it out. A travel to Britain doesn't need to be luxurious. Always remember that, an superb trip must be somewhere you always like to pay another visit...without aching your pocket :-)

More of Britain? Just check this Visit Britain for more attractions.

Just a quick tip: Booking your accomodation at the earliest is always an advantage but don't worry, with , last minute bookings is always available without any slash of your budget.

Enjoy your travel deals!
